Review: Purchased May 2023!!! - I purchased this way back in May of 2023. It is a beast. It works wonderfully and in this time I have had 0 issues with it. It is a breeze to setup. The included labels work very well, as well as any of the other labels that can be purchased for this. I have also used smaller labels to create custom “Thank You” labels, and that works very well too. It is very easy to switch out labels, but I have since just started using this printer for making shipping labels only. The color quality is excellent. I have had maybe one or two labels that didn’t print out right in all my time of owning this printer. All I did was reprint. That solved the issue. I like to let mine power-on and sit for a few minutes to get the unit warm. I figured that this method works better for printing and personally have had no issues with the printability. It is extremely small and leaves a little footprint. I have mine set up in a pretty tight space and it works perfectly fine. The features are pretty good through the app. It does everything I have needed it to do. It could use some more features though on the app, but that is an app issue and no hiccup of the actual printer. I mostly just print out shipping labels. I haven’t quite run 1,000 labels through it yet, but I am getting close. It has not once jammed up on me. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone who does any sort of online selling. Even if it is just casually. It saves sooo much money in ink. I attached a photo of other things this printer is capable of printing off other than shipping labels. Works wonderfully!

**Q: Does it come with label stickers? Or do I have to buy the separate?**
A: You have to buy them separate.

**Q: How do you delete print jobs to this printer? It keeps printing the same shipping label over and over.**
A: Maybe try disconnecting the BT and then power cycling the printer, then re-pair your device to it. You can also visit the History section and delete past projects individually from there, if you’re still having the duplicate prints.

**Q: Hey there! I have my printer set up to print from mynphone, however, it is only printing tiny labels even though i have it set as 4x6. Help?**
A: There is an option where you can click for the label to be re-adjusted automatically to the printer setting (4x6)

**Q: Does this work with 4x6 UPS labels? Rollo doesn’t and gets stuck because of thickness.**
A: Yes it works great with 4x6 labels!
