The size made no difference to my problem and found the item not firm when used for a while.

Useful product
My wife uses this in the car it does help her pain from cyaticca. It is quite soft thought it would have been firmer but seems to work ok.

The cushion is too soft to work really, after a week or so of using it, it no longer had any support to it and now just squashes flat when I drive not really providing the lumbar support needed.
