MUST have for POTS, highest salt content and affordability on the market
I use two packets daily with mio drops. This stuff has 3x the salt as Liquid IV minus the b12 and other vitamins that may not be suitable to multiply on daily, so it's a safer alternative for those who need extra packets. I split each packet half into 16oz of water and try to start with more water solution early in the day, and after meals, and then slowly finish the rest as the day goes on. This stuff works better than anything else and is the most cost effective on the market and has truly saved my ass. Ocassionally if I'm at work and need to, I will supplement with a Vitassium chew.If anything happened to TriOral I would feel screwed. It is just as important to me as meds.

Perfect for POTS and more than slick branding and trendy marketing
I have POTS and can’t seem to keep enough water in my body without staying on top of it 24/7. Trioral has been one of the best electrolyte solutions I’ve ever used. I use 1/2 to 1 full packet in 24-32 oz of water. It makes the water feel sort of heavy and chilled. I don’t like it as well alone, but adding Mio makes it all go down very easy, and I can tell a difference in how I feel within 10-15 minutes of starting to drink this. It’s formulated to the standards for oral rehydration salts set by the WHO for global use in health emergencies. The WHO’s recipe gets used in countries where people are experiencing dehydration due to illness from bad drinking water, poor sanitation, and contagious disease. So they’ve done a lot of testing for the optimal ratios of each ingredient to help people get hydrated quickly when they’re ill, and this is the ratio Trioral uses. The glucose in the mix actually helps your body absorb water more efficiently. They don’t add it for flavor, they add it because it makes the product more effective (and this is included in the WHO’s guidelines, which you can find publicly if you also collect very specific information for your trivia brain). When you buy the larger size boxes, you get a much better deal, obviously. I tested out a small box to see if it helped and my next purchase was the 100 count. If you have a problem with your nervous system or blood volume/low blood pressure, these are the best of the best for staying hydrated.

Portable and affordable
I studied abroad in the Philippines. Oral rehydration salts are easily found at the pharmacy/CVS equivalent - they're sold at the front next to the candies. When I returned State side, I had a harder time finding them - most Americans rely on Pedialyte, Gatorade, or "Liquid I.V." Gatorade has too much sugar and Liquid I.V. is much worse. Both do not follow the WHO standards for managing diarrhea or dehydration. I've tried out different ones and I like this one the best.I like that they are portable, they don't take up as much space in the pantry. Plus, who wants to drink fluids that's stored in plastic bottles? You really want to give that to your kids? I guess if you don't have anything better. These come in small packets that you can throw in your bag for backpacking or your baby bag, or leave in the car.I use them when I need to rehydrate from drinking too much coffee and I've avoided coffee-headaches. Or when I have a headache, I'll drink this. My dog also has kidney problems and electrolyte imbalances and I give him 1:2 diluted solution to drink regularly as per instructed by his vet.Definitely one of the valuable things you learn while living in a 3rd world country.

Must have, above any other hydration drink or powder out there.
This is an absolute must-have for everyone. Mix this with water, and it will help you hydrate. I use these after doing yard work, workouts, hot days, days I know I haven't kept up with my water intake, and dealing with any kind of illness. Keep some at home, work, and in the car, gym bag, go-bag, take it on trips and vacations, and a must-have for your preps.

Great value for the price, good ingredients
My all-time favorite electrolyte product! Unflavored so I can make any drink I want. I usually mix with a splash of cranberry juice with a splash of lime juice because I like tart drinks. Most electrolyte powders have too much sugar and not enough sodium. Trioral has one of the best values per ounce of all the electrolyte powders out there. I recommend it to my other friends with POTS as well. Very simple ingredients, nothing unnecessary. It doesn’t have magnesium, however, so I do take a magnesium supplement to make sure everything is balanced.

Effective, free of add-ins, but quality control blips
I was glad to find an oral rehydration product that was not loaded with artificial ingredients, flavors (although you can buy lemon flavored), etc. -- just the big three for when you need a boost of sodium, potassium and glucose after exertion, especially for me in the heat. A bonus that this product is based on the World Health Organization's formula for rehydration, which needs to be super effective. However, on a couple of occasions with one batch of product packs, I've found a tiny dark fleck of solid matter that shouldn't be there in the powder itself. I took a photo and used a loupe to try to identify it, but can only guess if perhaps it's a piece of cardboard or wood fiber.I sent a message and picture to the company's email address but never received a response. (Nope, not in spam or other filter.) That is disappointing.Sure, I can shrug and keep using it. Have so far. But am considering cancelling my subscribe and save for Trioral since I'm not keen on foreign matter in something for consumption that is supposed to be pure. Also wish the product was not made in China, since we can only trust that sourcing and production are up to good standards. The uninvited guests in my two packets do not engender my trust.
