I don't have any experience with these, but seems to be good quality, serves the purpose, and quick delivery. One thing to note is that this appears to be a 1021 model, not the 3021 model. No complaints.

Download the driver, and off you go. I use it for my HGV tachograph in conjunction with tachomaster.
