Came broken and the seller has a no return policy. Still tried to assemble, and they do not give you nearly enough icing so I ended up making our own to use. The icing that was provided had no grip to hold the pieces together. I literally sat holding the roof on for 20 minutes and it still was sliding off - rushes it to the fridge and hoped it would be okay. My daughter wanted to craft a wreath on the front like the picture showed, but we only had three green candies so we couldn’t even replicate the advertised design. NOT worth the expensive amount of money this thing cost.

It was broken! It only had two small bags of candy. I paid twice the price because it was “Elf on the Shelf”, but it was definitely not worth it!!!Because I have help many grandchildren with these, I was able to put together with icing. The icing does hold well!

The icing worked really well and plenty of candy for decorating. We get a kit every year and this one is probably one of the better ones we've ever purchased.

My daughter was so excited to get this and when it arrived it was stuffed in a box so small we could barely remove it. As suspected it was broken in many piece. There was no way it could’ve stayed in one piece w the way it was packaged.

Overpriced junk is what it is.Small,broken and non refundable.
