Poor quality of purchased product.
Out of 8 cameras 4 failed after a few months. Was given credit which didn't cover replacement. Now 2 of 8 are not working. It's a hassle to go through replacement process. Which we should not have to pay extra for cameras, just have cameras sent to us. If company cares about their customers, I need 2 replacement cameras.

Bad customer service
The point of having to get another camera was bull, I had already purchased the kit. One camera failed, and when I called them they wanted to start from fresh to fix problems. Didnt work.
