Nice smartwatch with good features
As a refurbished unit, I was pleasantly surprised as to the condition. Looks new except for use marks on the leather band.

Battery.....what??
This things battery is either garbage or mines still defective.... it doesn’t even last half a day. Just changing the watch face alone I lost 40% in less than 10 min.....

High Quality Affordable Wear OS Watch
Battery lasted all day with regular usage.This is my first Smart Watch and will be a regular piece of tech I need.The display is easy to read and use.Microphone works well making easy messages and searches.

Slick, but
Wear OS has gotten way better, but the chipset could be faster. I wish this watch had the Snapdragon 3100, but the looks and feel are still slicker than any other Wear OS watch out there, so...

When I got the watch it never turned on, so I lift it on the charger overnight and it never turned on.

Poor battery life, bad software, weak bands
I am getting very frustrated with this watch because of its poor battery life. A watch needs to last the whole day. Otherwise, it just has no business being on the market.The software is barely OK. It is filled with usability mistakes. There is clearly no guiding vision in charge for this product. What you have a is a watch that is a computer. A general purpose computer that you need to tediously manage, on a tiny touch screen.I keep using it because there is one feature that I've come to depend on, even though it's not even fully reliable. So I keep using it and being constantly frustrated with it.Also, the watch bands are very weak and tore off their posts. I almost lost the watch as it just fell off my wrist.
