Best gluten free pasta
We hate gluten free pasta but have to consume it because our child has celiacs. Finally we found a product that doesn’t offend the taste buds! This pasta is not only healthy in profile, it has a neutral taste and texture that takes on the flavor of the sauce. Thank you for making it!!! Worth the expensive price.

Delicious, and high in protein!
This pasta is really good! It basically tastes exactly like normal pasta. You only have to boil it for about 6-7 minutes. Too much longer, it would probably become really mushy. I tried it plain before adding some vegan pesto and it was delicious. I also tried the cold leftovers that had been sitting in the fridge and the texture and taste wasn’t bad at all! I now plan on making a pasta salad using these noodles! I wished I was able to find these in stores because I would always buy it.

Surprisingly satisfying
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pasta made with lupin beans, but it actually turned out great. The texture is close to traditional pasta, and it held up really well with sauce. I felt full without feeling weighed down.

Having no pasta is better than having this pasta.
This was so bad. I wanted to like it so much but it was so terrible. The texture was mushy and gummy like beans. There was a weird aftertaste to it as well. No way would I recommend settling for this. It is not a replacement for pasta. The only similarity is the shape. I’d rather have no pasta than this pasta.

This really helps with my keto journey.
I was pleasantly surprised by this. It’s high in protein (20g), low in carbs, and made from high-fiber lupin flour, which gives it a nice bite. It’s also gluten-free and keto-friendly, making it a great alternative to traditional pasta. I love pairing it with homemade keto-friendly sauces. Definitely worth trying if you're on a keto journey!

Not perfect, but good pasta Alternative
Definitely a good product. I recommend it. The taste isn’t exactly like traditional pasta, but that’s understandable considering it has way fewer carbs. If you weigh taste against the health benefits (low in carbs, high in protein), I’d say it’s a positive balance. To summarize: the taste—and especially the texture—isn’t as good as real pasta, but it’s a great low-carb alternative. The texture is a bit chewy and slightly grainy, soft on the outside and a bit firmer inside. The downside: the texture (as mentioned) and, at least in my case, it caused a lot of gas… so if you want to turn into a skunk the day after eating it, this might help you get there!Overall, I’d give it between 3 and 4 stars. It’s a solid option if you like pasta but want to keep your carb intake low.

I love it!
I’ve been cutting back on carbs and this pasta was such a nice surprise. It cooks up quickly and holds its shape well. I tossed it with pesto and roasted veggies and didn’t miss regular pasta at all. The texture is a little different but still satisfying and way more filling.

Acquired taste
It’s NOT pasta. It’s the lupin bean, so be careful if you think you’re going to eat half the box in one setting. You do that and you’re going to be in the bathroom with cramps and gassing up the place. If you’re the least bit sensitive to beans, this stuff ain’t for you. The good news is it’s great if you’re replacing a carb in your meal. This will not spike your blood sugar. Great for diabetics. The issue is the taste isn’t pasta. It’s nothing like pasta. I’ve cooked mine for 7 minutes to get it Al Dente or as close to it without overcooking it by a minute. You can’t make leftovers because the stuff will crumble.Lastly, it’s criminally expensive. $11 for a box of this stuff is dumb. My advice to anyone is if you’re finicky about your food, don’t bother. You’re going to think it sucks loads.
