The main button broke rendering it useless. Also I wasn't blown away by the sound at all.

Excellent as described very happy! As good if not better than BOSS Metal Zone, probably more versatile actually does a lot more than metal sounds, well made very good quality and very robust!

Fantastic tight distortion for metal, a massive improvement on my peavey valvekings gain channel. Loses punch If the distortion isn't turned up past 12 o'clock. Unfortunately my unit creates quiet a loud hum, even on battery power, but this can be reduced with a noise gate going through an amplifiers effects loop. Worth the money!

Excellent effects pedal. My son is very happy with it.It uses a standard power supply 9VDC (barrel jack with iinner GND).

OMG - What a powerful pedal this is. Beware you must have a 200mA 9V power supply or use a battery otherwise you get terrible noise problems. It won't work properly with 500mA or 1000mA.That aside this is an amazing pedal for the price. Multiple tone options and switches make it very versatile indeed and the amp sim switch gives it a real turbo boost and huge stack sound. I have only had this a few hours so there is a lot more to this pedal for sure. So many EQ options. Stick a compressor in front of it and it kicks ass for lead.The tones it creates are similar to the Behringer UM300 Ultra Metal pedal, (Boss Metal Core clone) but this Metal End has more instant switching capabilities and you can even flip them with your toes mid solo.It is way better than the Line 6 Uber Metal (way too noisy) or the Marshal Jackhammer (more of an overdrive ped) or any other distortion I have tried.You can get many levels of grunge, metal or blues sounds from this very versatile Biyang beast. If you are lacking that "big sound" then this is the one for you. Hours of ear splitting fun to come.
