I didn't like the set up of it
I didn't like the set up of it. Its two L shaped bars... thats the only support. Opted to just put the microwave on the fridge instead.

good brackets for the job
The shelf brackets are of good quality, and are substantial. I installed them in wall studs to be sure that they would hold the weight of the microwave, and I used a 1/2 inch plywood shelf on top of the brackets and under the microwave.

Useless product for anything bigger than 0.9 cuft dorm sized microwave. Save your $25.
Like Yelp, I gave it 1 star because ZERO isn't an option. Terrible product. Didn't fit my 1.1 or 1.5 cuft microwaves. Anything above 0.9 cuft (think a dorm sized unit) is too big. This is useless. Avoid it and just buy a wall mount kit from the company that makes your microwave. Yes it will be $50, but at least you won't wind up with a $25 throw away also.
