I decided I would upgrade my self-care. One step was to find a ‘grown-up’ shampoo that I enjoyed using and did a good job. The pros of this shampoo are the smell, and the product concentration. I have waist length hair and usually use loads of shampoo, with this one I use about half of what I used to. This makes it good value for money and the bottle is going to last much longer than I had anticipated. The cons could be the shape of the bottle, it is an odd shape and is very chunky, the bottle does not fit my shower shelves and so has taken up residence on the shower tray floor.

Used this for years on my fine violet red hair. Keeps it soft and shiny without weighing it down and colour loss is limited. The conditioner in this extra rich range I don't rate as highly - just not moisturing enough for me personally.

This is a lovely shampoo for thick hair, particularly when I want to keep my colour looking fresh and vibrant. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving my hair feeling stripped, and afterwards my hair feels soft, smooth and much more manageable. I really like the way it leaves my hair feeling nourished without making it heavy or greasy. Thick hair can sometimes need a little extra conditioning, and this gives me that comfortable, silky feel while still leaving plenty of movement. It also helps my colour look brighter and more polished between salon visits. I wouldn't expect one shampoo to completely prevent colour fading, but it definitely makes my hair look healthy and glossy after washing. The 1-litre bottle is a huge bonus. It's excellent value for regular use and means I don't have to keep replacing smaller bottles, which is particularly useful when you have thick or longer hair and use more shampoo. Overall, A fantastic everyday shampoo for thick, coloured hair. It leaves my hair clean, soft and glossy while helping maintain a vibrant-looking colour, and the generous 1L size makes it excellent value.

This shampoo is amazing! It makes my hair look super vibrant and shiny. Plus, it smells great and feels really nice when I use it. It foams up well and the hair feels clean but healthy after. My color lasts longer and looks fresh. Totally love this shampoo and recommend it to anyone with colored hair!

We get through shampoo quite quickly. So it is always good to see these larger dispensers. They are perfect for families. I've not tried any of Goldwell's products before so I am curious to see how this measures up. The dispenser if a good size. I would however suggest some sort of plastic seal to prevent the pump from accidently operating in transit. The shampoo has a pleasant scent and smooth texture. Application is easy enough and it makes a decent lather. Rinsing wasn't an issue either and our hair felt soft after washing. Not overly dry. My daughter some time suffers with a flaky scalp. We found she suffered far less when using this. That may be a coincidence. Her hair and my hair looks great. I have no complaints about this shampoo. Our hair feels clean, soft and in good condition after washing. At £24.03 it isn't the cheapest way to buy a litre. However it is comparable to some other brands when it comes to value.
