Can't access Video
I received everything to make a cute rabbit, but when I go to the website address for a video tutorial, I get a 404 error. I can't find a tutorial anywhere, and their website is a mess. I can't get ahold of customer service and their YouTube page doesn't have directions for this project either. I'm stuck.

Great starter kit!
My daughters in this very curious and creative stage in her life and she's been begging me to purchase all types of crochet supplies. I figured this would be a great place to start. All supplies are included, there's a step by step tutorial video on a website, that is provided inside of the kit. This was a little challenging for my daughter but she got through it and is so inspired she's been begging me for more.

This crochet kit was a disappointment. The instructions were confusing, and the materials provided were subpar. The yarn was of poor quality and tangled easily, which made the whole process much more difficult than it should have been. Even for beginners, I couldn’t get the stuffed animal to look anywhere near what the kit’s picture promised. The tools provided were also low quality. I would not recommend this kit for anyone looking to start crocheting or for those who want a decent project to work on.

Fun and easy to follow along videos
This was a nice way to get started on crochet! I usually knit and decided to finally try to crochet after buying a few kits from Micheals and Dollar Tree, this one was waaaay easier for me. After I got over how slow the videos are, it started to sink in and am pretty proud of myself
