Solved the problem finding the right flag mount. I used it to mount to license plate frane on Indian Chieftain.

Missing hardware. Does not come with flag like pictured.
I think this product is very deceiving how it doesn't say flag not included anywhere except the very last line. Having to order the flag after the fact and spend more money and wait longer really doesn't bother me as much as the flag pole mount not coming with the hardware it says it comes with on the direction. We are missing the lockdown and regular washer.I'll give 5 stars if I ever get the hardware I overpaid for.

Lost my flag after 2nd use.
The nut cap came off while riding and I lost the flag. Not happy about this.
