I am not diabetic but I do have an ilieostomy and the little bag is perfect for carrying my emergency kit when I am outas it is designed to keep stuff cold, it works just as well keeping my pouch flanges cool, and it is big enough to take extrathings that I have to use, but small enough to fit into my handbag, which is good as onbody wants to be lumbered witha big satchel of stuff to carry around, especially when one is shopping.

Like this cooling pouch for my diabetic insulin to carry with me when i go on holiday, I had to buy an ice pack to keep in the pouch, but that was fine . Takes up very little space either in my bag or in my suitcase.

It has been really useful to store medicine for my brother. We added mini ice pack inside while going out for long days and it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this product for storing medicines (like insulin) that requires to be stored in cold.
