Good quality for a home lab, and great customer support
I received the rack and was impressed by how sturdy the individual parts felt. Upon attempting to put it together, I noticed one of the brackets was slightly bent out of alignment - just enough to make it so I could not get the related mounting holes lined up. Not a big deal, things like this can happen to any product. It's how the seller responds that matters.Luckily, NavePoint's response was great. I sent a note and picture to them around Thanksgiving, and had a replacement part in hand a week and a half later. A short time later and I have a nice, sturdy rack that is perfect for my small home lab use-case. So despite a minor speed bump, I'm very happy with the end result. Thank you!!!
