does what it says on the tin but they are very big!! found them very difficult to swallow and for that reason I wont be buying again.

I have not used this brand before but I like the other ingredients with it and can only give it a try Hopefully this product will work well as some products are heavy with artificial additives.

I was told that Vitamin C with Zinc was a great for building immunity. My partner keeps getting cold so I have bought this bottle and since he has started using them, he has been well - crossing my fingers.
