Description
- A traditional blend of Tumeric, Ginger, Garlic and Onion. A spice mix ideal for spinach and potatoes and the perfect side dish to liven up any meal.
- Ingredients Diced Potatoes - 450g Vegetable Oil - 20g Chopped Onion - 100g Saag Aloo Spice - 15g Water - 160g Spniach - 255g
- Method Boil the diced potatoes in lightly salted water until soft. Drain the potatoes and set aside Add the oil to the pan and place on a medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened Mix the seasoning and the water together then add to the pan. Add the potatoes to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it has softened. Ensure it is piping hot before serving.
- For every 450g of potatoes use 15g of Saag Aloo spice.
