As described. Well packaged, although slightly odd to receive a Sunday times as packaging, I fully support the sustainability element.

3 arrived broken and quality very poor

I searched Amazon store for ages looking for some black mugs that were fine and not too big. After a lot of clicking and reading I picked these mugs. So very disappointed. They came well packed and in the time promised, but I took one out and found them bigger than I thought and very chunky - I hate thick cups and mugs and as my ex boss used to call them 'rather agricultural'!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do look quite fine in the picture and black right round, they are not, they have a band of black with the hand section being white. I know they weren't expensive, but these I have to say, look pretty cheap. Returned them and Amazon gave me a full refund. However even though delivery was free, I had to pay £10 to send them back - did that to ensure they got back safely, quickly and in one piece. So all in all I am £10 down and still have no mugs.
