Versatile icing
This icing is usually really great, it smells wonderful and is great for moulds as it doesn't dry as quickly as flower or modelling paste. However, this batch seemed a little dry, hence the 4 stars

Fabulous product!
Absolutely fantastic for mould work - it comes out of Karen's own moulds and others beautifully. Just dust the mould with cornflour or lustre dust, work the sugarpaste for a few minutes until soft and pliable push in to the mould well, remove excess and then ease out. Never, ever, fails - and I work with a lot of moulds! It tastes lovely too. No hesitation in recommending.
