My mother also loves this book, and she is not a person who is easily pleased. In fact, whenever she is around, I don't even have a look in with this book, as she keeps it to herself. I'm half Ghanaian through my mother, and have recently started taking more of an interest in cooking Ghanaian food. She lived it! I did take a peek at some of the recipes and it has me favourites. My mother used to make so many of these while I was growing up, some I have forgotten, and this book reminded me of them.
