Amazing product. It easily got the creases out of my jacquard dress and pashmina. It does need to be filled up often, but that's because it's small and portable. I will be bringing it on holidays. It's also much more enjoyable than ironing!

I don't know if only my item is faulty or it is the design of the product; however, after several uses, the top becomes loose and easy to fall out. Even if I tried to secure the top by my hand, the water still leaked out and burnt my hands. Therefore, it is really dangerous to use. Unfortunately, I have bought this item for 2 months but barely use it due to moving house so I could not return it when I found out its problems. If the 180 days guaranteed money back is real, I would like to somehow contact the seller for this as I'm strongly disappointed with this product.

Used this to steam my bridesmaid dresses, it didn't do much for them at all.The lid doesnt go on properly and it leaks.Was very disappointed with it.

Was okay on first few uses but now it’s difficult to close and water leaked out neck b

I used this a few times then the steam head would not lock onto the water tank. Steam and boiling water escapes because there is no seal, if the steamer is tilted (within recommened parameters) the head falls off spilling out the boiling water. I have reported this to Amazon and they said they will investigate. I would NOT recommend this product as it could cause serious harm and permanent scarring.

Good for steaming fabrics.

After few times using this steamer, the closure couldn’t twist anymore, it got damaged inner edge. I now have to tape around to hold it closed.It also drops water outside when it is boiled, which is quite dangerous for all people. I got burnt twice while using it.
