Introducing the Sixty 2 from Sagemcom, a cordless home telephone with a new future oriented and stylish design with transparency, translucent LCD screen, high-end glass effect, shiny gloss finish and metal structure. Its transparent design shadows the technology complexity of the product. The device appears to be so easy to use that anyone would immediately understand it is a phone.The Sixty 2 features a 3 colour smart back light for incoming calls based on caller ID. A green light blinks when you receive an incoming call from a person registered in your directory, let's say a relative; orange blinking means somebody unknown; if red appears, it means a hidden caller identity. Up to you to hang up or not.Other functionalities include specific ringtones, information on screen such as time or new messages, a large 2" full graphic colour display, fully duplex hands free and a high end hard top keypad. The remote base station also allows you to connect the base station to your phone plug and position the Sixty 2 wherever you want at home.Other phone characteristics include a 250 entry phonebook, calls list, call time indication, answer machine with up to 24mins recording capacity, digital sound quality, mute function, specific ringtones, caller ID and call barring, alarm/clock and paging function.

**Q: Why does this phone need 2 main sockets?**
A: What you see is the charging cradle for the handset, there is another small box that is the receiver, both need power

**Q: Has this got Italian language fitted?**
A: Sorry didn't check

**Q: does the callers name come up and shoud the cradle light be green**
A: The incoming number is displayed and the cradle light should be green.

**Q: does anyone have a user mnual they can email?**
A: If you e mail them they will send you the user e mail that's what I did

Absolutely gorgeous phone to look at, easy to set up and use, but what makes this phone stand above all others is the base is separate from the phone itself. Which means the phone can go absolutely anywhere.

It’s an ok phone, handy having the main base unit seperate from the handset unit as my phone point is in the bedroom. calls are nice and clear but the charging part is a bit hit and miss as you have to return the handset to the base precisely lined up or it won’t charge. Ringer is low even at full volume, caller id works randomly. On offer it’s ok full price look for something better.
