Good moments/Bad moments
I was hoping for more when I ordered the book. This book explains more on how Kenpo is related to Koga, and not a very detailed thesis on the Koga Ryu Ninjutsu as I had hoped.

Don't bother. This is full of falsehoods.

mythical...
First off this book is really about james mitose kosho ryu kempo connection to ninjutsu with a few people claiming he had learned and taught it...well...if anyone truly did learn iot or could teach it it would be the man that killed for him sad to say.this guy admits t having old school bujinkan training from a marine...that coupled with mitoses kempo could make this very mythical...but then again some claim they know what ninjutsu is..and have no idea..so there ya go.i will state again based on the fact that if mitose trained with fujita. at least thats what i gathered. other than that a kempo book...better off with wado ryu...then...if you want ninjutsu where he got it...look for the guy i metioned above or contact your local old school bujinkan teacher..

Great little book full of ideas to get you started
Koga-ryu Ninjutsu is full of history and introduces you to a few secrets that I have not found in any other books on the subect...for instance karumijutsu, the body lightening art. This book is by no means a comprehensive manual to teach you everything about ninjutsu, but it will give you a foundation to point you in the right direction of some aspects of this little known art.
