It’s ok for the price. Leaves the clothes wet for a short time because it’s the bursts of steam that do all the work. Use it at least 15 mins before you need to wear the garmet. The steam is not continuous and you can’t hold the button down for more than five seconds. I somehow managed to get burned on it and am developing a small blister - which was of my own stupidity. When I first turned it on it was leaking cold water so I went to adjust the brush on the front and hit the steam button by accident - with my thumb over the hole. Be sure to shut it off before making any adjustments to the machine.

Great hand held garmet Steamer. It's easy to store and warms up fast. It gets the job done. It comes with 2 different heads for the steam and one of them is like a lint brush and I love it because we have a dog and it helps getting the dog hair off. I really enjoy this streamer.

I purchased this for my friend as Christmas gift, but he has nothing to steam till now. And now, beginning of February, he tried to use it for the first time, but didn’t work. It gets warm, but nothing happens when he presses the button, or even the light won’t turn on. I can’t return because it has already passed the return period. Sigh, what a waste of money...

This steamer stopped working after one month.

Zero star. Came as used. The water tank was wet. Bad quality control.

This Steamer is easy to pack when going out of town. It doesn't steam all the time, there's a button on it that you push for the steam. It works okay if your garment is thin. Comes with two different heads and heats up fast, but the water empties quickly. If you are wanting to do a heavier job then I don't think that this one will work for you.

Waste if money!!!! Don't buy it! It didn't allow for a steady stream so it didn't even attempt to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. I ended up throwing it in the trash. The instructions were so miss spelled and jumbled that I could hardly make sense of them. I thought it was a joke at first and then realized nope, it was written by someone who doesn't speak English. There are so many other products that will give you a good result DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this one!

I purchased this steamer and was nicely surprised as to how this product works. Following the directions and attaching the correct brush for the item that you want to stream it is easy as 1,2, and 3. It heats fast. There is a steam button that shoots the steam to the fabric and steam the wrinkles right out. This is light weight and easy to use.
