The locking space on this pin is too long for my weight machine. this one is about 4 inches; I need 2 3/4 inches. I had a difficult time finding the right length, so I easily shortened this one using a hacksaw. The cut will leave rough edges, so a grinder of some sort will be needed to smooth things out. No problem. But, as they say, measure twice and cut once.

I bought a pair of these to replace the weight stack pins that come with the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer. Having used them for a bit, I can say that they are sturdy, the magnets are strong enough to make a secure connection with the weight stack when in use, and they are a perfect fit for the FM-6 (in both diameter and length).

I can’t figure out how to connect them the my unit, but they work very well and I would purchase again if I lost one

I like that there's no way you can misplace the pin since you can actually attach the ring to the weight plate center bar. The one on my machine was the L shaped one that got lost in the shuffle.

Original pin was lost and several people tried makeshift pens which failed. This pen fit perfectly. Tried the long one first, the second shorter one was perfect
