Q: Do these fit a 2018 chief vintage? And do they come with mounting brackets? Or are the separate?

Don't know about the 2018 Chief Vintage... seems like they would fit. I put mine on a '15 Chieftain with no trouble. Seems I recall that the mounting bracket was a separate purchase - as it is a different part number.

Not 100% sure They fit my 2016 and they come with all the hardware. Sharp looking and my better half loves them.

I don't why not. It's a direct replacement for my pegs on my 2016 Chief Vintage.

Q: Can these be put on a scout?

They fit on my ‘14 Chief Vintage. I do not believe they will fit on a Scout
