Kind regards Tom **Q: is there a dust bag available for this band saw.** A: Hi, No, a dust bag would not be sufficient, really you need an extractor to suck the dust and waste away. You could use it without an extractor but I don't think it take long to realise it is better with. Benefits of using an extractor, its better for the machine, it will last longer if its not getting clogged up and also it benefits the user. You don't want a dusty work environment. You might get away with a Scheppach HD2P Dust Vac if using the machine for short jobs but ideally the Scheppach HA1000 is the ideal machine. I find it difficult to establish the differences between models** A: This isn’t a question but a statement, that said the one I bought is of very poor quality, and wish I hadn’t purchased it. It is impossible to make necessary adjustments to the blade support rollers so they can do the task they are there for. Trying to make straight cuts using the guide supplied is near impossible as the blade wanders constantly.
