Absolutely amazing customer service from this company. I ordered two for our holiday, but unfortunately there was a problem with the stitching on mine so I returned for refund. Their customer services emailed to say they were processing refund and what was the problem? When I explained, they offered to send me one free of charge as a goodwill gesture. I'm really pleased with the backpack (my husband's has been fine since day one), so useful for holiday packing as it folds up so small.

The straps are a bit too wide apart for me and fall off my shoulders, so not good as a hiking backpack. I like the way it folds up so small, though, so will keep it in my handbag as a spare bag, especially as it is so light.

Good idea. Now can take spare back pack when traveling and it is quite easy to put together again.

I bought this lovely, different style backpack for my upcoming trip to Bali. Just perfect for 2 water bottles and my camera and things I need for my walks around the island.Delivery was fast and I hope I will have a lot of use of this back pack.

A good sized, well made bag. We used it to carry on the plane and then for the beach and pool on holiday. Liked the fact that it was lightweight and folded away into the front pocket.

Brilliant value for money and pretty too. Been everywhere with me last trip was India!

Bought as a Christmas gift looks lovely

Have just been on a road trip around America and used this backpack everyday. Fabulous product , strong, durable and lovely bright colour. Weighs absolutely nothing when empty and fits into the smallest of handbags. It features in most of my 400+ photos. A must have bag, have just purchased two more as gifts.
