The phone was working well for about 1 month and then it suddenly crashed.It switched off and now cannot start.It seems that the battery is fine and there is electricity inside but for some reason the phone is unable to start.Absolute rubbish.Unusable piece of hardware for £70

I knew from the price that I wasn't getting the best product out there, but I did expect to get more than a couple of months usage out of it before it stopped working. I was advised to update the software, which I did, and it didn't turn on again after that. Am currently going through customer services to get it fixed under the warranty, but it's not an efficient process.

Don't buy this phone. Very annoying. Really slow to respond. Sometimes (a lot of the time) it never responds and sticks. Apps close down unexpectedly. The whole phone shuts down unexpectedly. The camera front and back camera are not very good. The front does double exposures. It also isn't able to find wifi signals. The keyboard is so slow I give up. I would have sent it back but didn't manage it in time :( I wouldn't recommend this phone.

Lovely phone but had an issue, no reply to 3 emails from Wileyfox.No phone number for them. If your looking for a warranty claim I suggest you look for another manufacturer. I had to send it back to amazon for a refund in the end.

Superb phone, well built, great and non smooth phone back so I don't accidentally throw it when I take it out my pocket. Nicescreen and good quality camera. Just waiting for the nougat update :)

If you want a phone that slow, hangs and crashes and gets worse the more you use it , because mine does. You have to turn it on and off all the time as this helps a bit, but then phone becomes slow, hangs and crashes.

Came not working .. Box open.. charger missing

Boot time is minutes rather than seconds, and the UI is very sluggish. Pretty sad, as I bought this for my daughter who was so excited.
