The Amazon Basics 'purple' resistance and pull up band rated at 18 to 36kg is excellent quality for the price. I use it mainly for stretching and mobility work after gym sessions and it’s spot on. Plenty of resistance without feeling harsh, smooth tension, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity. Ideal for post workout recovery, assisted stretches and general flexibility work.
