2012 Bahr Winery Award Winning Merlot Broken Rock Napa Valley 750 mL

I bought this after being recommended by a friend. I am very happy with the taste and quality. One of the better Merlots I've tried. It has easy tannin and a soft finish with lots of dark blue flavor and aroma. I do recommend this wine.After being so happy with the wine, I did a little research and actually found out that it had several awards also, which was unknown to me when I first bought it.AWARDS:California Merlot Winery of the Year - New York International Wine Competition 2016Gold Winner - New York International Wine Competition 2016Silver Winner - San Francisco International Wine Competition 2016I will definitely buy more, even to store a few as collectors items.

I wish I could give it a 6 star! OMG this wine is the one! My wife and I enjoyed drinking it with friends over dinner ... it was a very good choice of wine to have it with the red meat. On top of that, it was delivered supper fast and we found some free coasters in the box too! So exciting .. the packaging was very nice.... will buy it as a gift for friends ...

It is awesome!!! arrived faster than I expected, and included some free coasters in the box. Very luxtury wine!! This wine has a unique characteristics.It is dry, with low acidity but black fruits could be easily distinguished in the taste. Deserves all the awards it has won! I very much enjoyed this bottle. I will buy again.

It was so good! It arrived just in time for our thanksgiving meal. We had it with friends and family and everyone enjoyed it. It goes very well with Turkey and Ham! It is bold, fruit forward yet dry and finishes very smoothly.I recommend this wine!
