Firstly, these are not your typical nasal strip. There is no strength in them to open the nasal passage so anyone with a deviated septum or similar, this will not help. Secondly, they are enormous, and I've not got the smallest nose on the planet. They cover most of my nose and are so close to my eyes that the Menthol stings them until they water. They are definitely NOT like the advertised picture of the woman sleeping peaceful with a small strip on her nose. Thirdly, they feel like a wet piece of gauze when on and stick just as well. No matter how long i held it in place, it lifted on the edges and eventually fell off in the night. Personally I will stick with a vapour rub or drops on my pillow.

Another cracking product from Time2Sleep. The aroma of these menthol strips is very soothing which is helping me sleep better, not too overpowering like other menthol products. They are a simple and reliable stick on product, and have definitely relieved my blocked nose and reduced my snoring.

A little misleading. They don't stick to your nose,just sit on it! They do smell of menthol and I suppose act as a decongestant but not as a snoring deterrent for my husband.

Oh my god my eyes are streaming don’t now if they work as I have had to remove it, came very quick but the burning sensation in my eyes is aweful they smell like olibas oil, use very carefully I shall try and do a proper trail if I can pluck up the courage I bet if you have a cold they are brill

I bought these as previous reviews said were really sticky and helped so much. I’ve tried a few strips just in case but I would question how genuine the reviews are. It’s a really big strip and They’ve got a kind of menthol smell and a weird gel like substance but doesn’t stick all. It just slides and doesn’t in any way open up nistrils to help you breathe. The picture on the box doesn’t even show them being worn! Totally useless. Don’t waste your money on this.

Absolutely brilliant! my husband suffers from chronic nose conjunction and with this patches, he stopped to snore completely. This product improved our night's sleep altogether.Just one remark be careful not to place them too close to your eyes.

They do not stick, it's like a wet slimy gel on a flimsy bit of thin paper. Certainly, do not hold open the nostrils in any way shape or form as doesn't even stay in place. Even if it did it's like a floppy rag. The only thing that was like advertised was the menthol smell but that didn't last long either, and like others have said the strips are massive and get so near to the eyes they sting.

If you want a 5 in one of burning, stinging, eye watering, half your nose covered and best of all- due to all these issues it keeps you awake so you DONT snore then buy these ASAP! Or look for different ones, unless you're godzilla in which case you should be fine with the sizing.
