I have just finished mixing 15 bags of Blue Circle concrete. As someone else mentioned, there is a bit of a technique to mixing, where you stay in the wetter mixed area and gradually work across your bucket. It’s then easy to keep mixing with no real effort. Each 20kg was mixed in under a minute.The mixer is easy to assemble, and to use. The speed dial worked well, and it has a large button to hold in whilst mixing. It also had a hold button, but I tend to not use them.A cheaply priced mixer, powerful enough for what I needed, and paid for itself in time saving and aching arms from hand mixing!

What a great little DIYers machine. I needed to mix fifteen bags of concrete, this mixer had no problems in dealing with that. For the price you can’t go wrong.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEYI needed to relay 7-8 paving slabs on a full bed prior to re-jointing. This mixer proved so much easier than hand mixing and for the price worth buying rather than renting a mixer (which wouldn’t of been worth it)It takes around 2 mins to to properly mix enough for a large slab with full base. Great power and so so easy to use. Really pleased I now have this in the garage for future use.

Bought this as I had a few small bits to do around the garden, the alternative was hiring a mixer for the weekend and rushing. I was dubious whether it had the power to mix enough concrete, but shouldn't have worried, I ended up doing three separate jobs - including laying crazy paving and at my own pace, well worth the money
