I had to return the item. One of the earbuds would not charge upon taking them out of the box. I tried several different things but nothing worked. I looked on the Kelodo website for troubleshooting tips. There was nothing to address an earbud that would not charge. I understand occasionally an item has a glitch and you just need to make an exchange. However, I also contacted Kelodo’s customer support via e-mail. I received an automatic response that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received a response.One additional note that was not mentioned in the item description is a charging warning. The instructions stated that you cannot overcharge the earbuds without ruining the battery. The website states you cannot charge them more than 4 hours. I do not find it convenient that I would need to set an alarm to remind myself to unplug my earbuds, so that I don’t ruin the battery.Due to lack of responsive customer support and the restrictive charging guidelines, I will not be re-ordering these ear buds.

Great earbuds! For the technology being fairly new, this is a good product to consider if you are looking to go completely wireless. Music and sound quality are great. The battery life is meh, but again, new technology, so I understand the restrictions. The buds are small enough to fit in my ears and under my helmet as I cruise around on my motorcycle. The microphone for phone conversations is not the best. Most people say I sound muffled, which I can work around by talking louder, but it would be great if my voice was heard more clearly. If you're thinking of using this for music, this is a great buy. Motorcycle helmet wearers, consider this a great alternative to those clunky attachments.

I used these earbuds to listen to audiobooks and to answer phone calls. Sounds quality was great but I gave it 3 stars because 3 months in after using it, it just wouldnt charge anymore. The little hole where the charging cable went in broke! What a shame because I've bought many and I mean many different headphones and bluetooth devices and really was getting excited about this one and then that happened. Didnt even last 6 months...

Earbuds won't pair to each other. I followed the instructions exactly, and the furthest I get is the master earbud will say, "searching for slave" and then it never syncs to the slave earbud. I can hear music from one earbud only.

Item received fast February 8, 2018. I Hard time connecting both buds at same time to phone. Standby time is short two hours Per bud. Never used everyday but on April 13, while in use one earbud was getting hot in my ear so I took it out. Now it will not charge nor turn out. Im thinking circuits on inside burned out. $$$ wasted.

I bought two of these items, the first one had the charge port break off after about 2 months. The second one lasted almost a year. The quality of the earbuds was very good, but it doesn't do any good if you can no longer charge them.

I just received these earbuds. They sound great...for ONE ear at a time! I’ve read the instructions over and over and tried to do what they say. I must have “connection” issues..because it isn’t working. So, if it’s this difficult to pair BOTH earbuds...forget it!

The quality of connection is poor, there is constant noise distraction during listening. Despite the price difference it is almost useless to use. The reason I purchased the headphones is that I lost my original AirPods and wanted to see if I can get replacement cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.

Unos magníficos auriculares. Muy pequeños, muy bien hechos, con un sonido muy bueno, pero... con un solo juego de almohadillas que a mí me iban mal. No son compatibles con otras, por lo que me eran incómodas y no me permitían aprovechar la calidad del audio. Me llegaban a producir dolor. Muy a mi pesar las he tenido que devolver.Muy buena calidad de conexión Bluetooth. Comprobados 10 metros de alcance. Buena duración de batería. Solo comprobé algo más de dos horas, porque se recargan en el estuche. La conclusión es que si te encajan las almohadillas, es de lo mejor y más pequeño que se puede tener

Der Kopfhöher ist schick und leicht, mit Gebrauchsanleitung leicht zu bedinnen, die Soundqualität ist auch nicht schlecht, sitzt gut im Ohr, ich habe bis jetzt den Kopfhöher nur bei Spazieregang benutzt und er fällt nie aus dem Ohr raus und von Batterielaufzeit bin ich auch nichts negatives aufgefallen. Von mir aus stimmt die Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei mir wurde die Bestellung erst nach ein paar Tage versendt aber dann von Post im nächsten Tag zugesendet,insgesamt ist der Versand akzeptable, wahrscheinlich liegt es daran dass ich ihn während der Weihnachten/Neujahrsfest bestellt habe.

Premesso che è molto complicato fare la connessione al telefono di ambedue gli auricolari, ma se si usa per telefonare, chi è dall'altra parte del telefono, lamenta che non sente bene.Per ascoltare musica non è male.Aggiungo, nonostante li abbia utilizzati una decine di volte, poco dopo uno dei due auricolari ha smesso di funzionare.

Hey!ich habe die in ear Kopfhörer von Kelodo soeben erhalten und auch gleich ausprobiert. Alles hat gepasst, nur als ich die Kopfhörer ausprobieren wollte, habe ich sie trotz der Anleitung, welche meiner Meinung nach irreführend ist, nicht verbunden bekommen. Ich habe leider keine Ahnung wie ich das ändern kann und hoffe auf Hilfe, welche nicht darin besteht, mich auf die Bedienungsanleitung zu verweisen. Vielen Dank jetzt schon für die Hilfe. Wenn das Problem behoben werden kann, bin ich gerne bereit 5 Sterne zu geben.

Die Lieferung des Artikels verlief problemlos und pünktlich.Hab die Kopfhörer drei Monate jeden Tag verwendet und war sehr angetan von ihnen. Die Klangqualität ist gut, sie sitzen gut im Ohr, sehen hübsch aus, sind einfach zu bedienen und der Preis ist auch in Ordnung.Nun ist innen in der USB-Ladebuchse der Ladebox innen etwas abgebrochen und ich kann die Kopfhörer nicht mehr aufladen und somit auch nicht mehr verwenden. Habe den Hersteller kontaktiert, aber leider ignoriert er mich.Zwei Sterne gibts, weil die drei Monate in denen ich sie verwendet habe, alles super war. Leider eben nur drei Monate.

Das wireless Headset ist wirklich klein und einfach zu bedienen. Es hat einen guten Sitz und hübsches Design,die Sprachqualität ist auch sehr gut. Bin zufrieden mit dem Produkt, genau das was ich gesucht habe zu einem fairen Preis! Also absolute Kaufempfehlung!

los he abierto y he conseguido emparejarlos a la primera siguiendo las instrucciones de algun mensaje anterior de opinión. Sin embargo, al minuto, un auricular ha dejado de funcionar “power off”. Él solo, sin tocar nada. He pensado si pudiera ser que estuviera descargado y lo he puesto a cargar pero nada. O bien no se carga o no funciona directamente. Los devuelvo.

Me lo han regalado por reyes y no puedo estar más contento. Se sujetan bien, aislan bastante bien el sonido exterior y aunque supongo que la calidad de audio no es la de los airpods es bastante decente. Me falta por probar el manos libres.

Sitz sehr gut im Ohr und hat einen guten Klang.Beim Sport hat man keine Angst, dass diese herausfallen könnten. Nix klappert die Kopfhörer werden magnetisch in die Halterung gezogen und sitzen sehr fest drin. Der Sound und Bass sind für den Preis mehr als super! Dadurch bin ich schon sehr zufrieden und dadurch wurde diese Bestellung 5 Sterne verdient.

zuerst möchte ich sagen, dass es so schnell geliefert hat.Nur nach 1 Arbeitstag habe schon bekommen. Ideal für jeden Tag. Diese Kopfhörer sieht schön aus, passt mein Handy und andere Gerät sehr gut. In solche kleinem Box ist wirklich sehr einfach mitzunehmen und nicht eine davon zu verlieren. Ich habe schon benutzt und war nicht schlecht, gefällt mir.

Die Qualität ist gut, der Sound ist ein bisschen klein, sehr schön, sehr klein, es lohnt sich zu kaufen, wie lange kann er es benutzen, ich komme immer noch zurück zu überprüfen. Aber ich mag das rote Licht nicht, es ist zu pompös. Andere sind zufrieden.
