I bought them because I pulled a muscle on my back and some people recommended using cupping to accelerate healing. I've tried them a couple of times without much effect, mostly because the vacuum force is too small and it's hard to stay on the skin. I do realize that they are sold for facial cupping purpose so I've also tried on my face and forehead. But be very careful how long they stay on your face, because I left it on my forehead for about 20 minutes and I got a giant purple circle on my forehead that stayed on for a week.

Great for beginners
I have never used a cupping set before but was always intrigued for muscle relief from stress. These are great for a newbie like me because they are so easy, don’t require fire (thank goodness) and stay stuck! I like the different sizes too.

Not the best product out there. 2 of them keeps falling off easy and doesn't suction well. The other two does a great job on suction.
