It’s much lower in fat than other biltong that I’ve had and love the small mouth sized pieces and packets that prevent me from eating the lot at once. It’s really moorish and for the low fat content it’s not cardboard style dry either. I have been taking this to work as one of my low carb snack/lunch items and have had no trouble staying in a state of ketosis even without exercise.
