Used one to process an 1126 steer. I am not a knife collector, chef, ninja, or expert in any way. I bought these to process a deer and a steer. The deer was already handing when I ordered them and I was done with it before them came in. The steer came afterwards and what a difference having a knives that are sharp and will held a nice edge makes.They are better then anything else I own, and better then 4 or 5 knives my nephew owed. Which I burrowed for the deer.
