These are perfect for making use of vertical spaces available in kitchen cupboards. In fact, the sky's the limit for how these can be used and arranged. The shelves and legs are sturdy, solid, and strong (I have a couple of heavy pieces of cookware sitting on these now). Getting the screws in did require some elbow grease (I had four sets of these to assemble in all so it was tiring) and it required a star-shaped screw driver. But it HAS to be a short-handled star screwdriver -- it is impossible to accomplish the job with a flat long-handled one, so be prepared for that. If you want to make more effective use of your available space, especially to keep things neat and orderly, these might be for you, too. No regrets and only high praises from my end.

Find yourself a short screwdriver and something to create a hole before you get started; these were awful to assemble, but worth it. The metal legs are in the way of using a full-sized screwdriver or a drill and the holes for the screws are tiny dents in the wood. Once you get around that obstacle, they are sturdy, decent little shelves that are currently organizing our bathroom counters. Very pleased with this purchase.

Reiterating other points from other reviews:- The pre-set screw holes were slightly out of alignment with the openings in the legs. Takes a bit of fiddling to screw them in, but not a major issue- The wood is fairly cheap looking and feeling. In the first picture of this listing the wood looks like its finished nicely with rounded edges, but the other pictures are more representative of the real thing- It does not wobble at all so for me it will do the job as general shelving.

Bought this to get extra space on my kitchen counter.This item requires assembly. You have to screw the legs on the wood boards. The screws are tiny, like 3/8" long.After assembly, I realized one of the two shelves was very wobbly and unusable. The slightest of tug on the iron legs ripped the tiny screw right out of the shelf, taking with a chunk of bamboo wood along with it. Broken beyond use right there.I liked the form factor and look, but the quality was just not up to par.

It was easily assembly however the wood was flimsy there were bits flaking off the end and sides that could cause splinters .. it looks like it wasn’t sanded down properly or the woods just poor quality. Ultimately it’s functional for my needs but you get what you pay for.
