Great backpack cooler for the price.. .light to moderate use. Lots of useable storage.
Really like this bag for my work/lunch bag. Really like the separate compartments and the separate laptop compartment. The only downsides are I think the zippers could possibly be a little better and it could use a hard side box insert in the cooler section. The top tends to slump into the bottom section a bit when there is much of anything left in top. Easily fixed it by buying a cheap kid's presentation foam board and cut it into a box shape to fit inside the cooler. A little tape to keep it's box shape and no more slouch. Less than a $1 to fix. So far I have been very happy overall and it has held up well so far after over a month of everyday use.

a lifesaver for a CF momma!
the backpack itself is very spacious and it does it job. We are getting ready to travel and we needed a way to transport my son medicine and equipment for his treatment and this backpack does just that. I love that basically has 3 compartments so I can put his medicine with gel packs in the bottom his nebulizer and inhalers fit on the top and the tubing lays just right on the laptop compartment with his medical history!Im quite happy with the purchase and it has made it easy to travel by air or for a day trip and be able to have my sons breathing treatments and medicine!*-The only thing is that the pictures can be a little deceiving, you may think you are getting a "lunch bag" with the backpack as well ( so the opportunity for 2 insulated compartments) Read carefully, the picture that shows the backpack and the small bag with fruit is a picture of the backpack as a whole and the fruit is the capacity of the cooler on the bottom!

i liked the idea
Was really hoping it would fit gym clothes/shoes in the top pocket. No cigar. Its alot smaller than it looks. There was also a small tear in the water bottle pocket when i got it. Made REALLY cheap. Zippers arent smooth, not stitched well, etc. i liked the idea. I need to take gym clothes, my lunch, and laptop to work. One of the only bags with a cooler pocket. Would have given 1 star but it’s a good design, just built like junk.i returned it.

Straps coming loose after one month.
While this backpack has an amazingly useful design for my wife who is a teacher on the go with multiple rooms, the backpack straps shouldn't be pulling loose after a month of use. She's not carrying around textbooks or a laptop, it's papers and her lunch. I am disappointed, but will probably buy her another one when this one breaks, because she is hard to buy for and actually likes it. I guess it's 3 stars, since I'll probably buy another. I hope this one lasts at least one semester.

Tons of space and great quality
My wife bought this for my birthday. There are tons of pockets and compartments. This thing is awesome. I do not use the little extra cooler.It holds the cold or heat well for my work lunches. I keep headphones, paperwork, tools, lunch, drinks, RxBars, my wallet, phone, all of my supplements (there are a lot), everything. Tons of space. I no longer need to take two bags plus two lunch boxes for 12 hour shifts.Product came as expected, when expected, with no defects. There are no ripped seams or frayed edges after two months of use.I am quite happy with this backpack. Would HIGHLY recommend. Great price for a great product.

Great material!
It's a very practical good quality bag. The material is awesome not cheap. I got the blue one for my husband use it as lunch bag for work. It has tons of spaces and storage.

Great for breast pump storage and travel
I bought this cooler to store my breast pump and pumped breast milk while on a trip without my baby. It worked very well for that purpose, although with extended use (daily for 2 months), the straps are uncomfortable and the seams are showing wear. My Spectra electric pump fit nicely in the top half with room for clean pump parts around it and the bottom half is large enough to fit 120oz of frozen milk and a book-sized ice pack for airplane travel. Overall, it's very functional but the quality isn't great.
