Excellent product- purchased for my 90 year old grandmother post stroke and she really likes them as she can try the different exercises in the guide. Can only really use the yellow and green balls but good to know can progress up if possible!

Is proving of some value to my sister recovering from a stroke.

I like that the 4 units are graded according to the strength needed to squeeze them, I've started with the softest one and have already noticed a difference in the flexibility of my fingers and thumb. The set is supplied with a good drawstring bag and also a very clear and helpful little instruction booklet which details the different exercises you can do.

Works well but disappointed that there was one missing the firm oval one.

Really good product with clear instructions which are very helpful as I didn’t know what I was doing properly. Well thought out with the bag to keep everything clean and together. Good value and arrived quickly.

Amazing my mum had a stroke and these were just right for her to exercise and get her hand mobile again the balls go from easy to hard with the texture of the ball which is great when patients over do it also nice bright colours so can’t be missed especially given my mum lost he4 sight partially in one eye
