No there are no additional pattern wheels that can be purchased with this set. **Q: Is this item compatible with the stencil wheels used in other spirograph products?** A: Not sure as I returned mine. Child needs to be a little older, I believe, as they need to use it quite slowly and carefully or it the pen keeps slipping.
