Disney's Donald Duck Costume - Donald Formal Costume - Teen/Adult STD Size Blue/White

sizes are totally off. Even children who are an actual size medium couldn't put on the adult large. Returns are expensive and a hassle with special instructions. Never got mine returned because I ran out of time trying to jump through their hoops.
