It Works **
I was not expecting much since everything else I've tried hasn't worked, but I'll happily admit this has worked every time I've took it !! Sometimes you have a rough day and just need a good night's sleep and this for me is it . I don't feel drowsy or foggy the next morning I just feel rested . I'm also a bit of a light sleeper and tend to wake up a few times threw the night but not when I take this . Usually takes about an hour to kick in then I'm down for the count .

Too strong!
Very difficult to wake up in the morning, way too strong! Even after taking half of the pill. Non refundable.

Contains diuretic herbs
Some of the herbs added to this product have a diuretic effect and it's kind of difficult to get good sleep when needing to get up a few times to pee. Their original melatonin product works better for us.

it doesn't work for me
I will fall asleep for about 2 hours then wake up and never be able to fall asleep again . that's worse then before where it just took me hours to fall asleep .
