Cerium oxide on its own will not remove the deep scratches. To learn more about the scratch removal process please visit our youtube channel. **Q: Will this work on reading glasses?** A: We do not recommend using it on reading glasses, this is because the abrasiveness in this product will remove any coatings and if used with a rotary polisher also a layer of glass, resulting in a possible optical change. **Q: Could this product be used to polish the inside of an old bottle by shaking it with maybe some copper pellets?** A: Unfortunately not, it will not work in your case.
