Review: Excellent book for pianists nearing grade 1/preparatory - Christopher Norton's music has inspired several of my young pupils - some wanted to give up lessons until they hear some of these. They are easy to teach by rote if you like that, but also great for learning note reading and complicated rhythms, getting a really good feel for more modern music and so on. Can't recommend Norton's books highly enough.

Christopher Norton's music has inspired several of my young pupils - some wanted to give up lessons until they hear some of these. They are easy to teach by rote if you like that, but also great for learning note reading and complicated rhythms, getting a really good feel for more modern music and so on. Can't recommend Norton's books highly enough.
