There are plenty of learning resources for the 10-hole (Blues) harmonica:- but the bigger, more challenging, chromatic seems out of fashion at the moment. Max de Aloe's book is full of exercises (scales, tunes, arpeggios ...) and has just enough theory to point you in the right direction as long as you already know approximately where you want to go. This book is a delight for anyone who is serious about getting familiar with their chromatic (and you wouldn't have chosen a chromatic unless you were serious).

I don't know of a better tutorial for chromatic harmonica than this. Two tracks for selected pieces, one with backing and lead and another with just the backing. You do need basic music theory, notes and timing. No tabs here, which is good.
