Zoostorm Evolve Desktop PC - (Black) (Intel Core i5-7400, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, Windows 10 Home)

For the price a great pc, can't fault it. As i do video editing I have installed a seperate graphics card which was fairly easy. I am happy with Windows 10. The pc case feels very light though. First Zoostorm PC for me, but would certainly look at others in the future.

Not happy, wished I paid a little more and got a lot more. I would like to email customer service to ask questions about my item but that option does not seem to be available. Works really slow, I have however download all my files and apps on to it so instead of sending it back I am just going to pay someone to upgrade it. Wished I had gone else where. No sound, does not play DVDs, really slow, slower than my old PC, the one that I was hoping to replace this with.

Has the abysmal windows 10 on it, which I've had to install classic shell to get it appearing like the far more intuitive windows 7 (apps, really? With no way to toggle off?) but as with all my zoostorm purchases, you really can't get a better price/performance combination.The SSD isn't as quick to boot up as other machines - possibly because I installed classic shell (though tbh that's doubtful), but once it's up and running it's nice and responsive, doesn't run too noisy, and is overall a very good PC for the price as an all rounder... internet, youtube, email, and so on.Built in wifi is extremely useful, I prefer to hardwire ethernet connections, but the wifi adaptor was more than capable during the few days I had it set up before hard-wiring. Could do with a couple of extra USB slots, but, they do need to keep cost vs performance down, so for the casual or intermediate user this is a steal.Previous dealings with zoostorm for any follow-up has always been good, so a huge incentive there if you aren't tech-savvy.Knocked off a star for the combined minor issues of slow boot-up and USB ports, but in truth it's more like 4.5 stars - you would have to be *extremely* picky not to be pleased with this machine, and anyone that picky should be looking at a higher spec machine in the first place.Hope this review is helpful to someone! :-)

Fantastic machine and value for money. I have had this for about 6 months now and I have had no problems. Highly recommended.

Nice fast pc at a bargain price (at the time), no problems so far.

Initially I was very impressed with this desktop but yesterday it stopped working, took forever to boot up, couldn’t find Microsoft windows and basically doesn’t work after 7 months of use. Very disappointed to say the least

Simple to set up, very light and quiet in comparison to my 10-year old Dell, BUT with 10 years time difference between chip sets, double the memory and no spam from 10 years of use I expected the start-up to be blindingly fast in comparison. Unfortunately not. However it is a good machine for the money.

Great PC at a really good price for the spec. Very happy with it.
