Review: Easy to install - I bought this to replace our existing communal light switch in our building, as its exactly the same as the one that broke. Was easy to install, only took a few minutes, and work perfectly. Review: Fits perfectly, works fine, some issues - I installed this device within a few hours of receipt. The first thing I did was to determine the time delay settings. The screw in the rear of the switch is n=by no means either linear or fine. Some experimenting had to be done to achive the time delay required (30 secs). However, when set, it was stable within a few seconds. When I screwed the switch into place I mistakenly put the two screw covers into place before I tried it. I found that I had screwed to switch to tightly into position and, as a result, the switch would not release. I found it impossible to remove the screw covers andhad to use a drill to extract them. Once the covers were out, I was able to loosen the switch and it worked pefectly. Conclusions: 1. The device is adequate for its purpose. 2. The screw covers are almost impossible to remove without some sort of tool. 3. You cannot change to time delay without removing the switch (and switching manis off!!) 4. Remember to set the length if timer before installing - it’s so easy and only takes a few attempts to get what you need.
