    Low output head meant it was not useful

I intended to use this down my well to pump water out, but raising water to about 3m was beyond the venturi unit and I ended up just sucking the water out with the pump inlet. This was a shame because that meant I had to take care not to empty the well and therefore get air into my pump. This caused a lot of re-design and extra parts.The pipes supplied are flimsy and easily disconnect. I was soaked more than once. I am sure it would be very effective in pumping out a shallow pool as the output flow is very good.
