Q: Could this be mounted to the wall?

This item was not designed to be wall mounted.

Q: Can it fit rolls of toilet paper?

It could but it would take a whole lot to fill it up. It is also roustall and rectangular shaped. I would recommend storing the toilet paper elsewhere. It’s just not made for that. Has a wooden floor that could tear up the paper before using it. The inside of the container Iis rough to the touch and could once again tear the toilet paper.

Q: Is there a way to hang small/compact umbrellas on this stand - probably by thier loops?

I gave it as a gift so I don’t know But it was very appreciated!

Q: Could this be used to hold fireplace tools?

I don’t think it’s tall enough. I even have to put my medium size umbrellas in on a slant so they don’t fall out.
